How long are your shipping times?
The total delivery time is 6–10 business days, including both processing and transit time. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, with a processing time of 1–3 business days and a transit time of 5–7 business days.
Are there any shipping costs?
No, shipping is free within Australia.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
- For defective/damaged/incorrect items: All Around Casa covers the full return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label
- For customer remorse: (e.g., wrong size, changed mind) You can return the item using any postal service you prefer. Pack it securely in the original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it with a trackable service to the return address. For customer remorse returns, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Can I exchange or return my products?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
What payment methods does All Around Casa accept in Australia?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Shop Pay.
How can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can follow it live on our tracking page.
What if I receive the wrong order?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement.
